Sandy’s Country Junction

I was awoken one morning to my hubby shaking me and he said “I found a breakfast place that has vegetarian meal options!”

Off we went to the Clovis area. We arrived fairly early in the morning and Sandy’s Country Junction was already bustling with people. Being that Sandy’s Country Junction is in the heart of Downtown Clovis, it definitely has a cowboy theme going on.

We were immediately seated and looked over the menu. It was so hard for me to pick what I wanted to eat. In the end I choose Egg whites with country potatoes, wheat toast and a side of a cinnamon roll.

Hubby decided on the Boarding House Skillet with Biscuits and Gravy. I was shocked at how much gravy was with the biscuits. I could only see a mound!

Overall the place was pretty good, the staff was helpful and friendly and the wait time was no existent (woohoo for us), parking was a breeze. To top the morning off there was a local flea market going on down the street. I love walking around in Old Town Clovis!

We’d love to hear if you have tried Sandy’s Country Junction and what you thought.
